As promised here is email regarding call out to repair cable of my window shutter , I was a bit surprised Lauren when you told me it would be a "lady tradie" who would be doing the job , but I must say it was a most pleasant surprise when Elise arrived .
She went and checked the cable and told me it was all frayed and I really had thought it was something like that as it had made an awful noise the last time I tried to wind it , when it got stuck , anyway it needed a new cable and she couldn't access it from inside so had to go out and get at it from there .
She was very polite and definitely knew her job as she was explaining to me what she was doing while working as she did , this young lady is an asset to your company and as such really is an ambassador for your company.
