How we're responding to Covid-19

Update 13/2/2021

After Yesterday's announcement in Victoria, we would like to inform our valued customers that our Melbourne showroom and factories will be closed until Wednesday 11:59pm, and re-opening on Thursday 18th February. All of your calls will be closely monitored, so please leave us a message and we will get back to you within the next business day.

Our Sydney branch will be open as usual.

Update 1/11/2020


Hello Australia! We are officially fully up and running and we are EXCITED!

Please be patient as all installations will happen in sequence of order placement, to keep things fair. We are asking you to wear a mask, and stay in a separate room to our installer or electrician, especially for indoor installations. Our tradesmen will be wearing a mask and sanitizing between jobs.


Business as usual!

Our team will continue to be wearing a mask and sanitizing when visiting you, to keep everyone protected.

Update 19/10/2020

After yesterday’s announcement, all Roller Shutters, Security Doors & Awnings can now be booked in for installation starting this week - provided the access to all areas is external. Unfortunately all Internal Blinds, Plantation Shutters & Curtains are still not allowed in compliance with the Covid-19 Directive.

We are hoping it is not too far away that we can get to you to install all of your products, internal and external.

Update 19/8/2020

Melbourne is currently in stage 4 Lockdown. This means our HQ is working from home where possible and only installing for building sites and any emergency situations. For our Sydney based team, it's business as usual, of course with safety precautions in place. We are still taking calls, so feel free to chat with us or enter an inquiry on our Contact Us page and we will get back to you. We hope you are all staying safe and sane.

Update 13/5/20

As soon as the covid-19 outbreak started, we changed our ways to accommodate the government's advice and to do our part in containing the virus. Another communication channel opened, and have been providing quotes over the phone, and via video consultations, while still doing in-home consultations on request, with extra precautions in place.

Now that the Australian government has slightly loosened restrictions, our first priority remains to uphold our responsibilities to eradicate this virus. Over the phone and video consults will still take place, and the use of precautions such as masks, gloves, and sanitiser used where appropriate. If you have any queries regarding this towards your installation or for any process of your order, please do not hesitate to talk it through with us.

Of course, if any of our staff report flu-like symptoms they will immediately cease work and enter self-isolation, as per government requirements.

We hope you have been keeping well and been finding time in isolation these past few weeks to relax and enjoy your time at home.

Update 1/4/2019

We value our customers and wanted to be clear about the measures we’re taking to keep you and our team safe and healthy during this coronavirus crisis, while also maintaining our production schedule.

In this extremely challenging time, the health and safety of our team and our customers are our absolute priority. That’s why we’ve implemented strict health guidelines in line with government advice, to ensure we minimise any risk while working at our customer's properties.

These include requiring our team members to regularly and thoroughly wash their hands, use hand sanitiser often, use disposable gloves where appropriate, and maintain a social distance of at least 1.5 metres from others.

Of course, any of our team who report any flu-like symptoms including coughing, sneezing, or fever will immediately cease work and enter self-isolation, in line with government requirements.

We recognise that you place your trust in us to enter and work in your homes, your safe haven. Please be assured that we are extremely respectful of that trust and will do our utmost to ensure we go about our work quickly and safely.

In return, we ask that you inform us if you or a member of your household has returned from overseas within the last two weeks, is experiencing flu-like symptoms including coughing, sneezing or fever, or if anyone in your household is in self-isolation.

We take great pride in manufacturing the majority of our products in our Coburg factory, which means production remains on schedule. Of course, we cannot control the future decisions of government, but we will certainly keep you posted if we foresee any disruption.

This situation is anything but business as usual, but we are committed to remaining operational in order to keep our team working and fulfil our commitment to you, our customers.
