Thank you for installing my new roller shutters on Thursday. Please thank Simon and Alec and the electricians Mark and Steve. All four went out of their way to ensure that the job was completed what seemed to me at the time, efficient. Simon and Alec worked hard and continued to complete it despite it being a long day for them. The electricians went out of their way to come back to get my poor cat who had followed them into a roof cavity but didn't follow the electricians back out. Now I know cat haters would think that was great, however, I have grown fond of the poor cat. Steve came back with a ladder and got the cat out. Thank you, Adrian, for your gentle persistent and more importantly, your professionalism and politeness. As you know I placed the order with you rather than another company that was a few hundred dollars cheaper. You gave me time to explore other types of window coverings without pressuring me and for that I thank you.
